“Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in……

“The 2 bed/2 bath house was great for our family football weekend at USC. It is located right behind the Granby/Olympia apartments and an easy walk to the stadium to avoid the car traffic. The house has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. You can hear the trains but they are not that frequent and it did not negatively impact our stay at all. We would recommend and stay again! Thank you!”

“Overall our stay was good. We had a couple of issues, the first was the sink in the downstairs bathroom was clogged upon our arrival, it was fixed the next day. The second was on the final day of our stay, the downstairs bathroom shower floor had bugs that we had to rinse out before using the shower. We left about an hour after that so we do not know how that was resolved. The property is close to the baseball stadium, it's in a neighborhood that is typical college off campus housing. The……

It was my first time staying so I was a little confussed when I went to leave how/where to leave the key. I thought I had lost an earring and the manager and staff were kind enough to look for it.
