「If you want a family friendly inn with a delicious breakfast this is your place to stay! Close to Knoebels. Will definitely stay here again!」

「Wonderful property! Very clean, great location to Ricketts Glenn trails and great breakfast. Hosts were very friendly, easy to communicate with and cooked a lovely breakfast in am. Highly recommend.」

「Claytonna, and Dave were great hosts. The entire house, room, common area, and property were super clean, and the breakfast was awesome ! We stayed in the Hummingbird Room, and it lived up to its name. Each morning, we sat on their deck drinking coffee and watched at least 10 hummingbirds buzz in, and out of the feeders that they had. Also had rabbits in the yard. Very impressed, and highly recommend this location.」

「My husband and I stayed in the bluebird room for 3 nights for an anniversary hiking trip. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. Our hosts Claytonna and Dave couldn’t have been nicer. Our breakfasts were delicious. The property was beautiful and Dave built us a mean fireplace fire to sit and relax at after our long days of hiking. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.」

「Place was very nice with quiet beautiful surroundings.Loved the gardens and bird feeders.Hosts were very nice and helpful.Planning on returning sometime in future.」

「Our original plan was to stay one night after a day at Knoebels with our 2 grands. We had such a great time, and coming back to this B&B was such a nice experience that we decided to stay an extra night. The room was lovely, spacious, roomy and clean. Access was seamless, and the light breakfast (coffee, English muffins, bagels, fruit and cereal) available was perfect. Communication to see if our room was available another night was also easy. We would definitely stay again.」

「This property is a gem. Cheryl is a wonderful host. We will be back.」

「Everything to love. Clean, well kept, absolutely gorgeous home. Nice and quiet, in the country, peaceful. Slept with the window open and didn't hear anything other than crickets. Great breakfast, great hosts. My go-to place when visiting family.」

「The room wasn't the cleanest. There was dust/debris/stuck on stuff on the floor near the bed. No TV in the room which I didn't realize. Being in the middle of nowhere and dark around 6 pm doesn't leave much to do. The "Continental breakfast" was lacking and the breakfast room was just a cluttered area with some coffee and not much actual food. There were some random people outside in the back around a fire arguing and the one guy was wandering around the parking lot after dark when we returned...

「Clean and quiet. Friendly hosts. 」
