Divine Excellence Services WELCOME you to Columbia, SC!! This unit is located in a nice and quiet community. The residents privacy and space must be respected. No loud noise or music. If law authorities are called, you will be asked to exit the property immediately.

2 minutes from University of SC, 4 minutes from Williams Brice Stadium, 3 min from Beckham Field, 7 minutes from Colonial Life Arena, 8 minutes from Columbia Convention Center, 6 min from Founders Park and 9 minutes from Fort Jackson.

This unit features bamboo hardwood floors throughout, neutral paint, beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer. The location provides an easy commute to many shopping, dining, bars and grocery concepts.

This spacious unit is located in the Hollywood Rosehill neighborhood, just minutes from University of South Carolina, walking distance to Five Points, and next door to Rose Hill Park.

Absolutely perfect location for a visit, great prices, everything we needed and Petina was fabulous to work with!!! The neighborhood was perfect as well. Very safe and maybe a 5 min ride to school.
