Columbia Golf Hotel

"Absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The little extras, like a nice coffee maker in the room with cute mugs, robes, and mini bar really took this hotel to the next level. I highly recommend you add on breakfast at Glenn's with your stay, as well as grabbing some barbecue at Twain's. "

"The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours). The pool and hot tub were functioning but seemed dirty. The tile in the pool hasn’t likely been scrubbed in years. People who were definitely not guests were loitering inside the lobby and had access to the bathroom, which made the hotel itself feel less safe. Staff was helpful, but the place itself seemed understaffed overall. The location of the hotel was great, but the price we paid seemed much too high for what we got. There are likely other options nearby that would feel safer and offer better amenities. I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"Front desk was not open at our arrival. Had to call someone from the door and then they called someone to come down (waited about 10 min) open the front desk(roll up window) and check us in. Room pretty descent cleanliness but smelled musty Bathroom No shampoo or hand soap"
