“This is a great house with everything needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed the close walk to parks, restaurants and shops in Columbia square. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Will be back for sure!”

“Only stayed one night as we were in to pick some barrels of whiskey at Jack Daniel’s Close to the distillery and was amazed at how nice the home is. It has been updated and is much nicer than we expected. Would stay here again!”

“We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. Thank you for a great stay!!”

“We walked into this beuutfiul and spacious home and realized it was more amazing and had more room than the pics showed. So many little nooks to hang out alone, or plenty of room to be with all or your family in our case. We were pleased that it was dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard. You can tell that the owners put alot of time and energy into making this a great place for guests. We would stay there again. And Leapers fork is also amazing in the rolling hills of……

“This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress.”

“This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure.”

The hostess met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property which was very helpful. We had a minor issue with plumbing and it was addressed and solved immediately. “It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. Wish we could have taken advantage of all the other amenities like the fire pit,……
