“Great apartment in friendly neighborhood near Tower Grove Park. Nice coffee shop nearby. Very comfortable space. Host is very attentive to any questions or requests. Have stayed here multiple times and look forward to staying again.”

“Great unit in a great location. The neighborhood was very walkable with a coffee shop across the street, as well as a grocery store a block away and plenty of other restaurants to try. Tower Grove park was close by, as was the botanical garden. St.Louis is a beautiful city.My reasoning for 4 stars for accurate listing was because the photo showed 2 chairs on a back deck for a small outdoor space. Unfortunately, those chairs were for the unit next door. There is not really anywhere to sit outside……

“This cozy bungalow is everything it says it is and more! Full kitchen stocked with everything you could need, snacks, coffee, tea, water, condiments and more! Fully fenced backyard, amazingly comfortable beds, internet, streaming tv, dog beds, dog toys, cozy enclosed porch in back. Host is available anytime for anything, but leaves you to enjoy your stay. We have stayed in a lot of Vrbos and this is one of the BEST! Not only will I stay again, but I will see you next year! Thanks Julie! You……

“Rooms Clean, No working lock on front or back screen drs. but liked up & down options, combination screen dr.Both main dr locks in good working order...easy code for coming in & out.Loved back porch, shaded & quiet w/ relaxing view of big yard...Duplex & next dr neighbors, All good No problems !! More than only 4 bath towels & 2 rolls TP, would be appreciated 2 adults for 9 days. Afew closet dr hinge pins, upside down falling out, often.Sparse goody snacks, coffee & creamers & no bottled water, ……

“-Couch, table & chairs and beds different than pictures and worse than pictures -Whole house is rough and unkept(blinds broken, paint peeling off, clear water damage issues) and not as pictured on the VRBO site-Not cleaned upon arrival, showed up at 9pm after being told 6:30pm, only wiped off bathroom counters and showers, floors not cleaned, feet black -Smelled like marijuana and middle and downstairs smell musty-Pillows very flat and need thrown away”

“Very nice and cozy spot. When we were inside the property it didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a cigar lounge in walking distance. Very nice area. Thank you so much!”

“Overall it was a nice place. Entrance was a little scary, we heard scratching in the walls both nights. But linen was clean, it was well equipped with what you would need. Check in was very easy.”

“Joe was great host. He checked in to ask if we needed anything that was not stocked, but they already had everything we needed. He gave us great recommendations for food. Bogart’s BBQ was THE BEST! The apartment was exceptionally clean! Beds were super comfy. We slept great. Area was very walkable, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Great location for a wonderful stay in STL.”

“Stayed only one night for a law school graduation. The apartment was clean and had properly locking doors. The bed was hard as a rock. Zero give, and my spouse and I both had aching shoulders and backs the next day. The biggest issue, something I have NEVER in years of VRBO rentals had to do, was submit not only my photo ID but also an additional selfie to get access to the unit. This was NOT disclosed in the listing (only said you MAY need to provide additional ID), and was incredibly intrusive……
