This hotel was dirty the bathroom was a joke there was a cigarette bud by the shower head since we got their and even when room service came they didn’t clean it all they did was change the trash bags they didn’t even change the bed sheets

As someone who travels for work it is always disappointing to have to stay in a place that isn't clean. not clean is an understatement. after checking in and trying to enter my room there were already people staying in that room was given another room. it was disgusting. Stains and "stuff" on the sheets bedcovers and pillow cases. the carpet looked like a movie theater stained in more places than i could count. the bath room was very dirty with a stain on the wall that looked like feces. Do not stay at this property!

This hotel is filthy. From the stained hallway carpet to the stained carpet, bed sheets, and towels in the rooms. The rooms smelled terrible.Nothing is clean or updated at all. The beds and pillows were not remotely comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor. We were provided with an open bar of soap and a half a hotel bottle of shampoo. The staff was rarely present. At check in they would not let us in the room less than in hour early despite explaining that we were there to be with a dying relative in the hospital and were in a rush to get there after our flight. I can't recommend not staying in this hotel enough.

This hotel stay was one of the most worse experiences I have encountered. Here are a few examples of my experiences: 1. My 3-day hotel stay was charged on my credit card at my arrival and not upon checking out. 2. Outdated facility with carpet stains throughout the hotel and room. 3. Dingy bed linen, bedspread, and dingy towels with hair on them. 4. Tv remote didn't work because one battery was missing, as well as the remote’s battery covering not being attached. 5. Found crawling bug on the sheets I purchased to cover up the dingy hotel linen. (Fear of bed bugs). 6. Room key card was deactivated after one day. I was there for 3-days and had to request my card be activated again. I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was pretty basic - no complaints though as I stayed for one night! But the service was utterly poor - for the night stay, they didn’t even provide towels. And the lobby was smelling very bad. The HEATER/AC was very very noisy! And the outside lights keep popping up inside the room as well. Beds were arranged good, but the smell wasn’t good at all.
