Gorgeous 4brm/3bath home in Old North

Enjoy our spacious 4brm/3bath home in a convenient Old North location, close to Mapfre Stadium, North High St, the Short North, downtown, and many of the Ohio State University attractions. Only a 1.3 miles to the football stadium. The home was built in the early 1900s, but completely redone in 2018. There are 4 well proportioned bedrooms, including 3 with queen beds, an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed and double sinks. There is an ultra HD 50" Smart TV in the living space with HD cable and Netflix access.

Comfortable and clean

Just what we were looking for. We were in town for the NCAA Men's Gymnastics National Championships at OSU. This property was a perfect location to reach both campus and High Street where there are numerous fun eating and drinking establishments. While the exterior would not attact your attention, the host has done a wonderful job remodeling the interior into a spacious and comfortable place.

STAY AWAY! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

By far the worst experience we have ever had at a rental unit. Highlights include: - Location and parking were great! Lowlights include: - Property manager was very dishonest about refund policy and then became unresponsive for weeks - Zero regard for upkeep - seems like a money grab only - Back entry lock did not work upon arrival. Asked for someone to come fix it. Was sent a code for owner closet and told (not asked) to find batteries and fix it myself - Main living area furniture is stained, table is water damaged and broken drink coasters left out to use - Kitchen shelf appears to be falling - Ice machine overflows and spills ice onto floor every time freezer door is opened - Primary bedroom suite has a step down into bedroom and step up into bathroom - not clear in listing/photos and problematic for an elderly senior - Upstairs bedding appeared blood stained (kids would not stay in one room and doubled up in another room to avoid it) and frayed towels in primary bath - Main floor bathroom door does not close - Main floor shower leaks - Main floor bedroom 2 - hung two rented suits on closet rod and it fell off wall - The plastic chair on the porch collapsed the first time it was used (by an average sized 87-year-old) rendering him helpless until he was discovered by a family member - Shrubs in front of house by stairs extremely overgrown making it difficult for senior to enter residence

Excellent home!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property! The private parking made it super convenient to come and go as we wished. The house is a great size that was well suited for multiple people! The house was fairly clean, could use a few things deep cleaned like the furniture but overall was okay. Our biggest surprise for the property was the heating system. We had trouble getting it regulated as the downstairs was very cold but upstairs was extremely hot! Just something we were not expecting! I also would have brought more trash bags as there were only 3. There was only 1 dish towel which was okay but we would have liked a few more to make it convenient to wash dishes. Overall the property and host was quick to respond! Just a few small things that prevented me from rating 5 stars- but nothing major.

Professional Worldwide Control DCOs Team

Enjoyed the house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Needs some very minor repairs, but overall we had a great stay with easy walking distance to restaurants nearby and drive to the convention center. Enjoyed breakfast in the kitchen and snacking in the evenings after a day at work. Played board games and watched movie. Perfect for the team with separate bedroom and baths. Would definitely reserve again next year if we are invited to event.

Great weekend in Cbus!

My family of four and our friends, another family of four, all stayed at this property for a football weekend in Columbus. We absolutely loved it. Close to campus, high st, etc…. Super clean, accurate descriptions and pics and the owner was super attentive to any communication we reached out for. Would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent place!!

Thank you Jay for sharing your home with us! The house was amazing and exactly what we needed, in a fantastic location… close to everything!! The stay was beyond great. I stayed with my family. Everyone had a bedroom with a bathroom and the common area was large enough for us to hang out all together. Very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had a relaxing weekend at this place.

Clintonville house

The house was great for our purposes. Having 2 bedrooms on the first floor was super. The kitchen was great and well stocked with what is needed. Really, there were only a couple of negatives. The yard could have been more maintained. There is a grassy area behind the house that is private and fenced in, but it was overgrown. The house had a funky smell when you first walked inside. After awhile, you become nosebleed to it, but everything you enter, it's there. The front upper bedrooms door was coming off the hinges. With a bit of effort, this house would be 5 stars. Beyond that, we enjoyed our stay. There is a great breakfast place around the corner.
