The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees.
Entry through the dark back alley.
Too many stairs for elderly or disabled. Not family friendly.

Top tier location

This is the best rental I've had in Columbus. It is an excellent location from which to navigate the city. It is easy to get to the highway and convenient for making quick trips for food and errands. Highly recommend.

We were disappointed to find the unit was on the second floor (we had a 90 year old) and a very rickety steal stairway that was difficult to climb. Also there were homeless people hanging out in the community and that was quite concerning. The unit itself was fine although much older than pictures show. It was clean and the specifications were accurate.
