Check in was good and easy, but the shower in our room was a nightmare. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the pressure was not much more than a slow drip. The pillows could also have some more fluff, for my preference.

We got there and thry said our room was canceled do to a water leak. No other rooms avaible and the pictures on the website are very deceiving.Its run down i would not recommend or ever try to reserve a room there again.

Planned a 3 night stay. Woke up in the middle of the second night with bed bug bites all over me, and I saw an actual bed bug moving in the bed. Staff was kind and offered a different room. We searched 2 other rooms and found bed bug evidence in both. Finally, we found a room that appeared to be bed bug-free, but we were told we couldn't use the bathroom or sink in that room. We were given access to our orginal bed bug room to use the bathroom. We had to walk across the second floor to a different room to use the bathroom! Couldn't get shower to turn on, then when it did (staff helped) it was very difficult to get the right temperature. It fluctuated between ice cold and scalding hot. Then the last night there, I was bitten up AGAIN in the new room. Many rooms were not "operational" and were not used. More bed bugs? I don't know. Going to try and get a refund. Very upsetting. Do not stay there! I will say the staff was very kind, but i can't stay there! Left in the middle of the night on our last booked night. Now I'm in pain and itching and I'm afraid i may be bringing bed bugs home.

We just wanted a place to sleep and it was good for that. The room was clean, nothing fancy at all. Had some noisy neighbors but that wasn't there fault. Never found the vending machines. Key wouldn't open the laundry door? Worked for what we paid for

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever visited. In fact, I spent about 10 minutes in the room and decided I did not feel comfortable staying. The room was filthy and there were drugs left on the floor I assume from the previous person that stayed in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away!

Upon check-in I was immediately redirected to another hotel further away due to technical probelsm. The sister property the suburban studios was terrible very dirty, broken locks and sheets not clean, ac leaked and flooded the floors. Never recommend very bad experience. Cheap price and that is what you get.

Comfortable room, well located with a great restaurant in the parking lot for a late dinner. The staff were the real stars here -- there was a faulty smoke detector in my room that kept chirping despite having a battery change when I first arrived and the overnight desk manager came right up at 5 a.m. to fix it for me! Wonderful people, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

My husband tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. He asked for a manager and they said since we booked through Expedia, it wasn’t their problem. The fridge was not plugged in, lights flickered the whole time, no hand soap to wash your hands. Ice machine down. Staff made it seem like we were the problem.

The room door would not stay close unless locked from the inside, the wind would literally blow it open, shower did not work at all, no water from shower haead or faucet, just from the sink, and had the nerve not to refund my deposit! Now I have to call them and to do that! Which I'm sure they will turn into a ridiculous process!

The bathroom has a tiny sink area with no room for bathroom, necessities nor cosmetics, etc. When I went to take a shower, it took seven minutes for the shower water to turn from freezing cold to lukewarm. In addition, the shower surface was flaking off and debris was going down into the drain.
