As you arrive at the home, you’ll quickly discover why it’s a destination in its own right, the exterior exuding a cheerful and charming atmosphere that welcomes you home. Savor the fresh air and warm sunshine on the back patio, dining on a meal al fresco or whipping up your own culinary creations on the grill.
As you wander through the village, you'll discover a delightful mix of locally owned shops, cozy cafes, and authentic German eateries, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the immigrants who originally settled here. The neighborhood's crown jewel is Schiller Park, a lush green space perfect for picnics, outdoor theater performances, and quiet moments by the pond. Nearby, the Book Loft, a sprawling 32-room bookstore, invites book lovers to lose themselves in its literary labyrinth.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as a full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Street parking available for 2 vehicles where permitted.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the front porch, actively monitoring the front entrance walkway and a portion of the street. The second is located over the back yard, actively monitoring the walkway and garage.
• Pet friendly! An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please be sure to pick up all pet waste and always remain present with your pets when inside or outside of the home.
