Wish I could give a better review than this. The people were real nice, but the "Inn" was so out of date. There will little roaches around the hotel. Having to stomp on one was not my idea of a good time after a long convention day. It was a good spot for the "Inn". Places to eat were a good choice in the area. The other furniture was quite old. I was even scared to sleep under the blankets. I slept on top of the covers and just layered up with my sweaters. People were real nice, just the place needed a deeper renovation.

I had a late flight and came in the middle of the night. I wanted to relax only to find roaches crawling throughout the room along with an AC unit that had no knobs. It gets worse. The sheets had stains for days. I didn’t even have to move the sheets to see them. Oh and don’t forget the cigarette holes in the bedding. I took pictures and turned my keys right back in to the front desk only for him to say “I’ll look into it”. Called corporate and am in the process of getting my money back.

This was the absolute worse experience I’ve had with buying a room. The conditions of the room and the “lounge” area are not at all what was described and pictured. The room had broken glass frames, holes in the walls, stained bedsheets and mattresses, a bathroom door that looked like it had been kicked in and teared apart, potent, rust, weed/cigarette smell, the main door didn’t even lock or close all the way. The lounge area had literally no place to sit. No chairs, couches, or tables like it had been advertised. The staff acted like they knew about the state of the room when we had asked about it and seemed like they didn’t care about the wellbeing of their clients. We left a few hours after we arrived out of pure fear and frustration. DO NOT GO HERE if you care about your safety and health.

The property is currently being renovated. Many of the rooms are not ready. Due to a huge music festival in the city, many rooms that weren't ready were made available.

The AC unit in the room was not functional. There were many stains on the bed, along with burn holes in the sheets. Also, there was a bag over the smoke detector, I'm assuming the previous guest tried to make it a smoking room. There was also a fellow on crazy drugs hanging out in the right outside our room, being very loud until 5am. We promptly decided to leave around 530am. Normally don't mind staying in sketchy places, but the sketch level of this place was astronomical. Best Regards, John McClintic
