「The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. 「Excellent hospitality. Shuttle service for to and fro from varca is seamless. Would definitely prefer them as my first preference for stay in south goa. Also the food was too good. Couldn't find something to complain about.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. 「Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass.」
