“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The hotel is under construction. Didn't see that when booking. The elevators are disgustingly dirty. Elevator 2, someone got sick in the elevator and it was still in the elevator 10 hours later. The bathroom shower was filthy, cleaning products were left in the bathroom like they forgot to come back and clean. Door says check out is 11:30 and when we asked about it, told no you're wrong, it's a 11:00.. Asked about late check out, was told $50 to check out at 2, then they said sorry, it's 1 pm.……

“The room was so disappointing, smelled like sewage (we did let them know and no one checked back with us), kitchen sink had no rubber around the drain, bathroom sink drain would not drain and faucet dripped. On a good note staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Loved how much room we had but really not sure I will book a Hilton in the future.”

“One of our beds was just awful. In my 52 years I’ve never experienced a mattress with such deep indents where bodies have slept. I cannot even explain how deep it was. ”

“The rooms are definitely old and used. Stained towels. Will hear neighbors as the gaps under the doors are at least 3 inches. Slept with clothes on. Needs a complete overhaul. Showers backed up. Has an outdoor and indoor entrance which was weird. Will hear all highway traffic. Go across the street. Better off sleeping in my car. Staff was great. Very kind. ”

“Was not clean I felt really nasty staying there. The bedcovers had stains and cigarettes burns in them. Room smelled like pee walls had soda or something thrown up all over them. I believe the only good thing about staying at this location is that it’s quiet and the staff is mostly nice and welling to fix and help with anything. ”
