「Everything at Radisson Blu was amazing. From check in and welcome to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were super friendly, food choice and quality was great. We were pleased to have water replenished in the room daily. As there was capacity in the hotel we were able to check out later. Our request for a topper to go on the sofa bed was quickly activated. We can’t praise the hotel enough. There’s a nice walk to the port with lots of restaurants if needed. We’ll be back.」

「Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. 「Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before.」

「The staff and pool are absolutely fantastic with plenty to do. We didn't get take the opportunity to explore the 'Island of Stars' as the main pool wasn't uncomfortably busy and we were only on a reasonably short stay. Also cant comment on the food as we ate out each day with friends who live locally. Unfortunately the rooms (or at least the one I was in) are in a need of a bit of a refresh although this could be easily achieved.
