Main house as well as a guest house, a few steps from the port. The main house offers a large living room with kitchen, central island, large table and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Travel-style living room with television. 2 bedrooms upstairs. Small terrace overlooking the Odet. Office space. Shower room and toilet. Garden and terrace. 2nd house with spacious bedroom, shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs with large children’s bedroom (2 + 2 beds). Opposite the grocery store. Just above the port, the hold café, restaurants and the promenade on the pretty port of Sainte-Marine.
