"Great staff, just needs a little TLC (and elevator info) We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very helpful, nice, and accommodating — they made us feel welcome and were quick to assist with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again. The property itself could use a little TLC. One thing that would have been helpful is if the website mentioned there’s no elevator. It’s not a huge issue for us, but it would allow people (especially those with mobility concerns, heavy luggage, or kids) to make a more informed decision before booking. All in all, a good experience thanks to the staff. A few updates and clearer information online would make it even better."

"This was a good value. Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and it was a quiet restful night of sleep. The bathroom light was not working quite right so was a bit dim. The only thing that I can really find fault with the place is really not their fault. They are doing major road construction at the exit where the place is and you cannot go that way which makes it difficult to get to. I was heading East on I-90 so went to the next exit and turned right, drove about 1.5 miles to stop sign and then turned right. Went about a mile to another stop sign and turned right and then about 1.5 miles to the motel on the left. I am thankful for the good night of rest and that I got a good value for my money."

"We were very happy with our Austin Vrbo. Check in was very smooth. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The design and layout of the house was perfect. We appreciated the modern facilities in all areas, including kitchen and bathroom. The home décor and furnishings made us feel at home. Private parking was a plus.Sonya was always available for any questions that we had. We thank her for being very accommodating."
