    The apartment was very nice and in a good location. The lake, restaurants, shops, and hiking trails are in short walking distance.However, the booking and check-in procedure was wearing:First, for payment one receives a third-party link instead of payment through the booking portal (suspicious?).The check-in is basically impossible without a smartphone and constant internet connection:A few days before arrival, you're told to fill out an online form, upload copies of passports/IDs of all travelers, and a selfie.Then, they request to do a video chat for identification.Anyways, the staff was very friendly.

    Lake Como Getaway

    Cute little room perfect for solo or couple travelers about 10 minute walk to the lake and it has cute little restaurants/shops right around the corner to the right! Property was difficult to find. Pictures make it seem like you go in the courtyard through the brown wooden door with 41 above it, but you don’t it’s the green with white trim door to the left with no number. Also very difficult to get a hold of owner and it turns out it’s managed by a property company, who also did not answer in a timely manner using the VRBO app. You’ll also have to go to a different address to originally pick up the keys in case you’re coming from the airport and taking a taxi. Be aware of being contacted asking you to click a link to pay outside of the VRBO app. Bathroom also listed a bidet but just had a toilet with a broken toilet seat and the shower door handle was broken as well.
