A good place. Very clean. Lovely sized terrace. The location isn’t amazing - some dubious parts of the neighbourhood as you walk towards Como. To make this apartment even better we would suggest more glasses and cups, plates that fit in the dishwasher, a bbq for the terrace and it definitely needs air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had a good stay. Thank you.

Communication needs improvement

Communication with host was not good. I had to chase over messages and WhatsApp multiple times for information and crucially they did not provide things we’d requested well in advance (high chair) then we were going back and forth with them for ages and the customer service was really bad. Check in process was very over complicated and again I had to chase them multiple times to send us information. Nice flat overall but they need to advertise much more clearly that in order to access the apartment, there are LOTS of stairs. I’d booked the flat for my parents and in laws who are all over 65 and they really struggled with all their suitcases initially. The advert also says it’s a short walk into town but the roads are not designed for walking so this is a bit misleading. Overall the apartment was nice and clean but the communication issues pre and during booking were very annoying and would not make me want to return.
