We hebben een top weekje in de vakantie villa doorgebracht, in de villa is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor het verblijf, het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden en groot genoeg om heerlijk te zwemmen en voor verkoeling te zorgen. Het terras heeft een mooie uitzicht naar de bergen, het is heerlijk stil en beschut. Dank je wel voor alles, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf in jullie woning. Alles is top geregeld.

This is a great place! Lovely surroundings, very relaxing, great pool and terraces. If you don't want the hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place to get away from it all for a while. We had a great week here, doing some road biking and relaxing. (The small roads that connect this place to the main roads can be quite steep, and are about a 30 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive, but should be considered if you are e.g., only wanting to walk/bike places.)

Wij hadden een fijne vakantie in Competa. Het huis is mooi gelegen en netjes. Het zwembad is groot en heel goed onderhouden. De eigenaars komen 2x per week het zwembad onderhouden. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met de auto rijd je ongeveer 15min. naar het centrum van Competa. Daar zijn supermarkten en restaurantjes. Het is ongeveer 35 min. rijden naar het strand in Torrox.

This is a lovely villa with a good sized pool in a beautiful location - the view from the patio is f

This is a lovely villa with a good sized pool in a beautiful location - the view from the patio is fantastic and it is very quiet and peaceful making it a very relaxing place to stay. We loved Casa Colica and thoroughly enjoyed our time here, but you should be aware that the road down to the villa is not for the faint hearted or nervous driver, though you do get used to it after a few days.The reward is the view when you arrive. Competa is only 10 minutes away - nearest beach 35-40 minutes due to the windy mountain roads. We found enough places to visit but particularly recommend the beaches at Nerja, the caves are a must and a visit to the Alhambra in Granada - must book in advance - well worth the trip. The owners are lovely people who live locally and do all they can to assist - they even met us in a neighbouring village and took us to the villa on arrival which was necessary as you would never find it without assistance. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to fellow travellers.
