  • Holiday home located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

    This charming holiday home is incredibly spacious, and there is room for up to 6 people. The three bedrooms all have two single beds each, and one of it also has an en suite with shower and a private terrace, and there is one more bathroom with bathtub. The dining-living room is extremely comfortable, thanks to the fireplace and the rustic decoration. The completely equipped open kitchen is characterized by picturesque stone arches.

    The outdoor area welcomes a private pool with sun loungers, and provides its guests with breathtaking views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. You can also spot the grapevines that surround the holiday home, a landscape typical of Andalucia. There is one more terrace with outdoor dining area and a barbeque area.

    The pool is open from May 6th to September 30th. If you want to use the pool from October 1st to May 5th, it has an extra cost of €160/stay.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben unsere Zeit hier wirklich genossen. Der Pool ist großartig und die Aussicht ist großartig. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass der Weg zum Haus schwierig ist: etwa 35 Minuten Kurven, was für meine Passagiere anstrengend war. Auch der Hang vor dem Haus ist sehr steil. Darüber hinaus gibt es rund um das Haus nur wenige schattige Bereiche. Schließlich ist es ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer, insbesondere nachts, schwierig, die Hitze zu ertragen, selbst wenn alle Fenster geöffnet sind. Trotz dieser wenigen Nachteile haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We spent a week in the house in August 2016. The place is very nice. The house is located in a slopy

We spent a week in the house in August 2016. The place is very nice. The house is located in a slopy area and views are wonderful. It was great to swim in the pool and take a look at hills, valleys and houses lying on hillsides. The house is well-equiped (including washing mashine and dishwasher). We had our bikes with us and rode a lot in the surrounding area. One day we rode down to the sea bank (in Torrox Costa) but the return way was rather exhausting:) - 20 km uphill. We are cat lovers and were happy to discover that a domesticated cat visited us for a while almost every evening. It liked being petted. The cat must've lived in a house somwhere in the neighborhood. There are nice restaurants and shops in Competa, but the house is located almost 4 km out of the town. It was not a problem for us because we had bikes and car but if you don't have neither of them with you the distance could be considered a drawback. The climate is very nice in Competa and the neighborhood. The air is fresh and the humidity is apparently lower than near the sea bank. In general we can recommend the place strongly.

Really nice and well-kept house with lots of space both inside and out. Well located in quiet surroundings and an absolutely stunning view. The pool and pool area is very fine. There are excellent opportunities for hiking.The driveway is steep, but you get used to.The house can be definitely recommended.
