Excellent séjour dans une maison de ville très bien équipée et située qui mérite bien 5 étoiles.

Très belle maison de ville idéalement située (petit supermarché, commerces et excellents restaurants pas chers à moins de 5mn à pied). la maison est très propre et super équipée (clim dans chacune des 3 chambres et séjour si besoin), elle possède aussi une jolie terrasse ombragée et une petite piscine (eau un peu fraîche). Bref on recommande sans hésitation cette location. A noter que pour l'arrivée il est préférable de fixer un rdv sur la place du village car les infos GPS risquent de vous envoyer par des rues trop étroites. Excellente location à conseiller qui en plus accepte les animaux.

Great value if you can handle four floors

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was large and clean. Francisco was an excellent communicator both from the point of booking until check out day and Marta was kind to visit in person the day after check-in to see if everything was okay. There are a LOT of steep steps in the house (four levels) as as our party we’re all over 65 years of age, it was tough going for 9 days. But a decade or 3 back wouldn’t have bothered us in the least. So I’d say you must be fit. The mattresses were not very comfortable for our group. Again, our ages could be a factor. The listing stated there were two doubles and a king but there was no king bed as we know it and it was just a tiny bit wider than a double. There were no sharp knives for preparing food and a chip in one of the mugs. Small things but important. We only used the pool once as the weather wasn’t very warm when we were in Competa. Nice quick walk to restaurants and shops. On the upper balcony/terrace a lot of the roofing came down whenever it rained so needs to be replaced soon. Listing states parking, but there is no parking on the street, closest we were regularly able to get was down about 30 steps down next to the house. All in all, it was a big house for the money we paid and there were no restrictions or surcharges on using heat or air con (which we didn’t use.). I would recommend this house as long as you are younger or fitter than us.

Vacances de rêve !

Magnifique maison andalouse où nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles, le beau temps était au rendez-vous pour un mois de janvier. La ville de Cómpeta est agréable, tout est à proximité, restaurants, supermarchés etc. Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont excellents, très disponibles et vraiment gentils. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour de nouvelles vacances andalouses. Merci à vous ☺️

Buen alojamiento

Buen alojamiento y situado cerca de la plaza. Tiene tres plantas con escaleras pequeñas ( cuidado con niños). Buena comunicación con el propietario . Para aparcar complicado como en todo el pueblo. Bonitos pueblos de alrededor eso sí las carreteras complicada no pasas de 30 km/h. Buena experiencia

Lovely stay at this house which has been beautifully renovated. The property is close to the village square with its great restaurants and is central to the village. Lots of walks nearby which provide great views down into the valley. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break.

Naturaleza, comodidad y buenos servicios

Hemos disfrutado 5 días en este alojamiento. El trato ha sido fenomenal. La casa está muy bien equipada, una piscina muy chula y unos balcones espectaculares. La comarca merece la pena darle una oportunidad para conocerla a fondo, actividades acuáticas, senderismo, catas de vinos... y como olvidar el trato de la gente del pueblo, mucho ambiente en la friends y en el campo de futbol. Lo pasamos en grande y sin duda volveremos. Un saludo a los caseros!

Un casa estupenda

El alojamiento genial, tal cual te esperas, limpio, grande, con todo lo necesario y el contacto con la persona también genial. Lo que menos nos gustó, no relacionado con el alojamiento, fue el acceso al pueblo, ya que son carreteras complicadas, tardamos casi 40 minutos en hacer 18km para ir a la playa. Pero la casa y el pueblo ideales.

Completamente encantados con la casa y el pueblo!

La verdad es que nuestra estancia ha sido un verdadero placer para mi pareja y para mí. Desde el primer momento, hemos tenido una comunicación muy dinámica con el propietario, cosa que agradecemos muchísimo. En cuanto a la casa, estamos encantados; está totalmente equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable. La terracita de arriba nos encantó; pero lo que nos ha parecido una pasada es la piscina interior de la parte de abajo de la casa. El pueblo es un sitio tranquilo y tiene muchos recovecos donde perderse, con muchos sitios cerca donde poder comer, cenar, hacer compra. Resumiendo, la casita nos ha gustado mucho y volveremos seguro!! Totalmente recomendable!! :)
