「As you know I book our travels through Expedia regularly. This was the worst, and the only dreadful experience we have ever had. Check in at the “check in centre” was dreadful, slow and not as expected. We expected to be staying close to the sea, as we had when we visited last year, but our accommodation was several miles inland and very very disappointing. 「Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable.」
