Great location with private neighborhood river access!

The house was perfect for our family! Lots of space and bathrooms!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

PERFECT HOUSE FOR OUR GROUP

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect setup for us. 3 couples & 3 singles. Plenty of space, so close to the river and the house had everything we needed. Nicole was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

Annual Dove Hunt Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at both houses here for 5 years now for an annual dove hunt. House offers multiple beds for more people to be able to sleep comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms, parking, and space to roam around. Scenery is great, and house is private which is nice. Private parking at the river is always a plus when visiting the frio. Definitely recommend Deer Creek or Casa De Arroyo for your stay. We have 18 people come on the hunt every year, and this is the perfect setup!

Deer Creek House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and ready for us to have a wonderful stay. A couple of things about the house, the 2 front rooms did not have A/C they were very hot. We got fans to help with the heat but it was not great. Also, I did not know that the house did not have a dishwasher. We had to wash dishes the old-fashioned way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was spotless. Plenty of room for our group is 12. Would definitely recommend to friends. Quiet. No road traffic or noise was a real plus. The house backs up to a small hill. Just remember to be responsible for your own towels and linens.

Great Vacation Rental Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just right for the weekend get-away I planned with my extended family. The house was neat, clean and attractive. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only small preference would be to have a dishwasher. Not a problem, but would have been nice.
