Big Fun at Big Cinchin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lot fun spending wu as little time with the family. Since the river wasn’t really flowing we spent the majority of the time at the pool. We had one of if not the biggest pool in the subdivision. Make sure and reserve a golf cart early, we didn’t and regretted. Next time we will.

Had a blast! Hosted 18 of my buddies for my bachelor party. Towels and additional linens would’ve been nice but that was on me for not reading the fine print. A TV on the back patio would be a great addition as well. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to accommodate a large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was near perfect. Great location on the river. Only two things that I can complain about, there's two flights of stairs to get to the ground level. It's quite the trip especially back up. The pool was still under construction. They were building the fence around it and they were working and welding and banging while we were there trying to enjoy the patio. Didn't care for that too much. Other than that house is beautiful the beds are comfortable. We had a group of about 30 guys for a dove hunt and there as plenty of room.

Pool under construction

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice and we had plenty of room for our very large family. Disappointed that we were told the pool would be ready for our stay and it wasn’t. Due to very low river levels we needed a pool. Management company did give us access to a pool. The continued maintenance of the pool during our entire stay was inconvenient. Along with the cutting of the water and internet lines in the process of the construction. Management company didtheirbrst but it was still a shadow in our vacation. When we were ready to rebook for next year, we were informed that the owner had booked off our week. After all our inconvenience with the construction of the pool, we won’t even get to enjoy it next year.
