Great spot for Frio Valley Golf

Stayed for our daughter’s 2 day tournament in Concan, convenient location and house was cozy with a nice porch and view of the sunset. Short drive to the golf course was convenient.

Football weekend

This was a great place to get away for a few days. The cabin has everything you need for your stay and is not far from the river. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful!

My parents, husband, and myself had the best time staying at Valley View during the solar eclipse! The property was clean, well equipped, and comfortable for the four of us. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings and enjoying the peaceful grounds of the property. We would definitely return!

The BEST stay in Concan for the fam

As always, we love staying here. This home is located in a private spot with ample room for outside cooking, outside activities with the family and much more. The owners take great care of this place and it is always so clean and comfy. We love getting to watch the deer in the morning and evenings. The fire pit is great for s'mores with the family. Hailey is absolutely amazing as well as Maggie. We will be staying again. I definitely recommend Valley View for a vacation getaway!

Great location and property

We loved it! We came to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The river was too low to float which was a disappointment but we made the most of it by swimming at a water hole. The property was fantastic for a bigger group. We had plenty of room to grill and hangout on the patio. The house itself was clean and stocked with enough kitchen utensils for cooking. I do recommend bringing your own sponge and dish soap because there wasn’t a lot of supplies for that aspect of clean up. The overall stay was awesome and would recommend to others!!

Beautiful place

Overall a great place to stay. In the woods and nice and quiet. We stayed in the off season so it may not be so quiet during peak time. To make the place excellent I think a few extra finishes would have been nice. A couple of tide pods and some shampoo and conditioner. I few coffee k cups. I have stayed a tons of vrbos and these are staple items we brought our own wood. Overall a nice place. I know that they tell you ahead of time to bring these items but for the price per night I think they could afford it. Plenty of room and the rooms sit opposite of the house so that is nice.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our weekend get away!!! Relaxing Hill Country Cabin - Frio River Perfection!!

Clean well-appointed cabin close to Garner. Massive porch to unwind and watch all the deer. The grounds are well kept with a fire pit and multiple grills. Interior is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your week long or weekend stay. Great communication with the owners with clear check in/out instructions. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time here! The host was extremely helpful in guiding us to places to swim and fish! The house was gorgeous! We loved to relax on the front porch in the evening and watch the sun go down. So beautiful. The location was perfect. Hidden away, so you feel secluded, but so close to stores and shops! We had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing stay at Valley View. Very homey and roomy. Very sweet host. The deer were plentiful and beautiful. The view was a bonus. It was a short drive for river access. The amenities were reasonable and the expectations from host were reasonable.

My family had an awesome weekend at Valley View. The house is exactly as described- clean, beautiful, great location and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the porch is fantastic! We saw a lot of deer and the stars were were amazing. Overall a great experience! We will be back!
