“From the checkin with Cassandra (also had previously spoken by phone with Cassandra prior to arrival to make a room location request, she was wonderful then, too) and Alyssa (newbie staff trainee) along with asking advice with front desk Karli the next night(she gave us excellent directions and suggestion about other local places to visit) the 2 Welcome Center staff members (forgot to note names), the lodge restaurant hostess, waitress and cook (such a great experience of service with quality……
