“Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.”

“Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed in a 3 person room. Used the pool facilities which were lovely in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant also which was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. Stayed here after playing a gig in Sligo. Came back late and the reception advised us that we could order drinks to the room by scanning a QR code. It was not fit for purpose. Alcoholic beverages were available but soft drinks were not. “When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session……

“Wish we could have stayed longer in this lovely home. We were here for three nights.Mike was very communicative, checking in with us a day or two before our arrival and again during our stay. Instructions for the house were incredibly detailed.
