Less than a mile from the GAP trail, the Youghiogheny River lake, and a short drive to Ohiopyle, Mt. Davis, Seven Springs, and Falling Water.
Hosts are not generally onsite, but are nearby should you need any support. Communication is generally via email, text, or phone call.
The inner town of Confluence is easily walkable with a few shops, grocery, several restaurants, a post office, and local banks all within a mile or so of the home.
Guests have access to their room and common areas such as the laundry/kitchenette in the lower level as well as bicycle and gear storage (at your own risk) in the lower front access to the home.
Shoreline Estates consists of three floors. The main level consists of three bedrooms (one with a large spa tub), a full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a large deck overlooking the river. The upper level consists of four bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a large deck overlooking the river. All bedrooms have their own access code, and private bathroom.
The lower level consists of two hotel suites, one of which is handicap accessible, and two hostel areas. One hotel suite has two double beds and a private bathroom, and the other handicap suite has a queen bed and twin pull out sofa as well as a private bathroom. Confluence is a very walkable and/or cyclable town with most of the areas being very flat. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a Post Office, two banks, grocery stores, a bike shop, and a Dollar General all within walking distance.
