Off-street parking. Walking distance to small swim/sandy beach area with a few chairs, parking and boat ramp (about .4 mile). Close to marina, restaurants, Iriquois club (event venue) and local attractions. (Photos show most recent furnishings on main floor and upstairs bedroom. Video is accurate except that the main living area now has two comfortable swivel chairs in place of the bench which is now in the upstairs bedroom.)
