「The interior of the rental unit was exactly as pictured and filled with everything we needed for our three day stay. The host even left some munchies, tea and coffee. I would have rated it excellent except the Nest thermostat was challenging to understand, and Greenmanville Avenue is actually Route 27. Luckily our Uber driver had GPS.」

「Very functional house on a quiet street walking distance from “The Avenue.” Ground floor is garage, full bath and bedroom. Main floor is kitchen, dining, living, and powder rooms. Upstairs is two good sized bedrooms, full bath, and laundry. Great landing spot to commute into NYC and/or hang around Greenwich.」
