Bug issues. No guest service.

We had a bug issue on the second night. Winged carpenter ants all over the house. We called Vacasa twice to address this issue and nothing was ever done. No "local" Vacasa reps ever called back even though they said they would contact us. It is unfortunate because it could have been enjoyable. I cannot recommend due to no service and no ability to contact owners.
