We booked the 2 Queen suite, called the property ahead of time to let them know we were going to be in the area and if it was possible to check in early, receptionist took our phone number and said she will call if room become available early, we arrived at the property around 1:50 and went in, first they had my reservation mixed up with someone else’s reservation, then receptionist said, I found it but room is not ready maybe 30-40 minutes, I will call you, 1 hour later at 3:00 check in time, went back inside and asked receptionist to get us check in and room still not ready and she was asking us to wait 40 min to an hour, we had an event to get ready for and we did not have that time, at this point it was two ladies at the front desk, they were not helpful they were not wearing their name tags, our only option was to take a studio, we are a family of 5 and that’s why we booked the suite because we needed the extra space. They said they couldn’t offer us a discount, they said they were going to add extra points to my Hilton Honors account, I asked how many point? Receptionist responded I don’t know, I have to ask, they handed to us the room keys and that was it. Poor customer service.
