Absolutely amazing!! Super clean hotel with friendly responsive staff, a safe location and a great breakfast and snacks. The gym and outdoor court and pool were also fun and made for a relaxing holiday. Everyone smiled and was helpful. Loved our stay !! Thankyou for doing a great job!!

Loved the big rooms with couch and kitchen. Also, loved the different lounge areas throughout. The pool area was great, too! Nice big breakfast area with many choices each day. I definitely recommend you to stay here.

It was a nice place staff was awesome but the room i was in the air conditioner was loud and above me it had kids constantly running and makin noise so i really didnt get to rest but overall everything else was nice

We booked the 2 Queen suite, called the property ahead of time to let them know we were going to be in the area and if it was possible to check in early, receptionist took our phone number and said she will call if room become available early, we arrived at the property around 1:50 and went in, first they had my reservation mixed up with someone else’s reservation, then receptionist said, I found it but room is not ready maybe 30-40 minutes, I will call you, 1 hour later at 3:00 check in time, went back inside and asked receptionist to get us check in and room still not ready and she was asking us to wait 40 min to an hour, we had an event to get ready for and we did not have that time, at this point it was two ladies at the front desk, they were not helpful they were not wearing their name tags, our only option was to take a studio, we are a family of 5 and that’s why we booked the suite because we needed the extra space. They said they couldn’t offer us a discount, they said they were going to add extra points to my Hilton Honors account, I asked how many point? Receptionist responded I don’t know, I have to ask, they handed to us the room keys and that was it. Poor customer service.

Room was not ready at 3. Staff (including the Manager) blamed it on full occupancy and saying that check was After 3. Lucky it was ready before heading to an event. Had to literally get ready in the restroom on the 1st floor

Convenient stay for the purpose of my trip. I had stay before. The breakfast is fine but the menu is almost the same and no many options. They don't provide water bottles. The operation during Holidays still like any weekday. During my stay there was two moments where electric power went off and no emergency generator were available. This was not related to winter conditions. During recent winter hard freeze did not fail and the temperature was comfortable.

Through no fault of their own they closed breakfast early to send staff home as there was a cold snap with frozen roads. They were helpful in trying to accommodate before shutting down.
