The room was not clean. I found out in the morning that the bed did not have clean sheets as I found a condom wrapper between the sheets. The bathroom was old and stained. The breakfast that was advertised was non existent. Overall I feel I should have a refund. At the very least Expedia should never offer the property as an option again.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Food shoved in peephole. Crumbs and other trash on the floor. Mirrors were visibly dirty. Towels were not clean and a weird brown color. Room has an odd odor and the sheets definitely had not been changed. Several various stray hairs and other signs of use on the sheets. Toilet and surrounding area was stained and visibly not clean. Also very little toilet paper on the roll and no replacement. Tried to change rooms and while the second room was better as far as odor. Room was not clean. Another couple was having a similar experience and had to switch rooms as well.

I just learned from the group I reserved 2 rooms for that the room was TOTALLY unacceptable...dirty conditions, hair on sheets, hugh spot ( of whatever origin) on entering room, over all bad conditions. They refused to stay and I wish I had known earlier. I would have demanded return of my reservation monies. I hope the owning corporation takes action to correct this situation.

The bathroom in room 101 had a very bad smell, and the toilet was severely clogged, as was the bathtub and sink. The sheets and towels were very stained. Luckily, it was only one night, but I left with a bedbug in my luggage. It's not a place I want to return to. And I feel sorry for the friendly front desk guy.
