"Our two night stay was excellent. Group of 4, we had two rooms and Andy the owner/host was very welcoming as soon as we arrived. Friendly, chatty and helpful. Sorted a TV issue out super quick :) Room amenities were very good. Great location, handy to the town centre by car, where there are lots of eateries. Plenty of onsite parking. We highly recommend and would stay again :)"

"Great stay ! The cabin was clean and comfortable with a good shower and toilet. Had basic cooking facilities including a microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed, although a little small for a couple. The pool area was well maintained and the big pool was long enough to do laps and warm enough in the winter to use. It’s handy to the Kaimais, Hobbit Town and there is a supermarket 6 minutes drive. Parking was supplied next to the cabin."

"My room was on ground level and accessed from outside the building. It felt very safe. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. There was a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was modern and spotless. Great location as you can walk everywhere. I went to Fat Cat café for breakfast which is a great spot."

"Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and living area. Two bedrooms worked well for 4 of us. Great having 2 toilets (one in the bathroom) and one on it's own. Enjoyed the spa pool each evening. Shower nozzle wouldn't stay up but we managed a work around. Staff advised they would get this fixed. Would be helpful to have a few more utensils as very minimal if you wanted to try and make a meal e.g. serving bowls, extra sharp knife."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. It’s in a beautiful location, with lovely outlook, nice and close to Te Awamutu and Cambridge. The cottage was very clean and cosy. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated the barbecue. The property was a little small for us, as we have three young children, but would be perfect for a smaller group.Our children enjoyed the chickens as well :)"
