good stay in central mamaia.

Wir können dieses Hotel in keinster Weise weiter empfehlen, haben keinen Luxus bei *** Sternen erwartet aber Sauberkeit schon. Das Zimmer wäre bis auf die Sauberkeit ok. Das Bad sehr unpraktisch. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher oder nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Der Halter für das Toilettenpapier war bereits bei Bezug abgebrochen und wurde auch in 9 Tagen nicht ersetzt. Die Reinigungskräfte waren ganze 2x im Zimmer. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, jedoch könnte man damit leben wenn die Tischsets auf dem Tisch zumindest bei Bedarf ausgetauscht worden wären. Die Tischsets waren wie eine Speisekarte, man konnte ganz genau erkennen was die Vorgänger gegessen haben. Daher haben wir es nur einmal in Anspruch genommen. Nach Schilderung des ersten Eindrucks an Expedia, teilte der Hotelmanager schriftlich mit, das Zimmer wird sofort getauscht und in Zukunft täglich gereinigt. Diese Anweisung ist scheinbar beim Personal nicht angekommen, es gab keinerlei Reaktion.

Most of the restaurants and cafés were closed but the few ones that were open were good. Mostly service minded staff but also some shop keepers etcetera that seemed to be unaware of the fact that non-romanians visited Mamaia.

Narrow location in the backyard of the main promenade in Mamaia. Close to the beach. A little bit worn down hotel,but cheap price for the stay.(early september) Good aircondition and bath tube. After all, a reasonable hotel if you stay few nights and have no special needs.

4 yötä kaverin häiden takia. Hotelli kaikin puolin ihan ok ei mitään suurta valittamisen aihetta. Pikku vikoja oli siellä sun täällä kuten rikkinäinen vessan ovenkahva, hotellihuoneen sähkölukot eivät toimineet, naapurin ravintolasta raikasi musiikki aamun pikkutunneille asti... Mutta kokonaisuutena jäi ihan hyvä muisto. Uima-allasta kaipasin mutta oli kylmät ilmat niin en varmaan olisi kuitenkaan uinut...

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the bar below, and that was from the fourth floor). The AC was decent, and it was fairly warm in the room (around 26 degrees) while it was about 35 degrees outside. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable considering how insanely crowded Mamaia hotels are (that's because it's only a 2-hour drive from Bucharest, but if you have more time, I suggest going to Bulgaria instead as the hotels/restaurants are better and cheaper).

The hotel itself and the rooms were fine and clean. But the staff behind reception were unhelpful, could not answer the most basic questions about the hotel, and were plain rude and slow to act. Also the hotel lacked all the basic information and leaflets about hotel service and health and safety that would be found in a hotel in the UK. Having stayed in the area for a few days this hotel is not the best but by far better than a lot of the others.
