"I stayed 2 nights at Stéfan's place at the beginning of a bicycle trip. The location is ideal; easy to reach from Blois, but remote enough to be quiet and tranquil.I spent a day shopping, riding to Cheverny where I had a picnic on the grounds of the chateau, and back to Vineuil. On the way I stopped at the coop degustation center for Cour Cheverny. "My stay as a solo traveler here was so great! The location is perfect, next to a castle overlooking the Loire River! It's right next to a pedestrian area of restaurants and shopping and it's very safe. I walked to and from the train station, about 15-20 minutes, met a tour group nearby at the tourism office, all easily accessible. The hotel staff are excellent, so helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean with a view! The breakfast was exceptional, various locally sourced items, very delicious. Hope to return one day, merci!"

"Main entrance and reception may not look like in most hotels but once you are in, you will find a nice distribution. Rooms are spacious with a practical bathroom. Very helpful staff and an excellent breakfast They have a small cozy bar which is waiting for an alcohol license to be served."
