  • Holiday home in Contursi Terme, in the province of Salerno. It is on two levels, the largest of the three bedrooms on the upper floor has a bathroom with a massage bath. You can relax by the panoramic pool and enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside, while the large rustic terrace with barbecue is ideal for al fresco dining. Another veranda is behind the house. The centre of Contursi Terme is only 500 m away, with restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste typical dishes (cheese, honey and fagioli occhio nero). In the hotels with thermal baths you have the possibility of using the thermal pools and various services (for a fee). The holiday home is located in one of the most charming areas of the Valle del Sele, and is the ideal place to spend a day at sea on the Amalfi Coast (76 km), to go hiking on the nearby Ofanto River or to visit Campania's most interesting tourist sites, such as the famous archaeological sites of Paestum (47 km) and Pompei (81 km). From the coast of Sorrento (70 km), you can embark for a visit to the islands of Capri and Ischia - one ideal for diving, the other famous for its thermal baths. Neapolitan pizza lessons in a nearby pizzeria (maximum 4 people) and homemade pasta lessons are available on request and for a fee on site.

Fantastisk smukt og idyllisk sted. Perfekt til afslapning og base for at udforske området omkring Napoli, Salerno mm. Patricia var sød og hjælpsom og hurtig til at svare, hvis der var problemer.

Un point de vue magnifique qui a initié une semaine de visite de Pompéi Paestum salerno mercato San severino pouzzoles, Amalfi et napoli ! Une petite ville où il y’a de tout , des personnes accueillantes et chaleureuses! Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans la région de salerno et campania.

Beautiful house with a big pool

We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it.Patrizia and her husband were very friendly and helpful and we didn't miss anything.The bathroom with that big panorama window was fantastic.

It was really lovely except the bedroom at the back which had a wall with damp spots all over it and attracted mosquitoes even more.

Beautiful villa in the hills of Campana

This villa is very lovely with plenty of space and very well equipped. The town of Contursi Terme is very friendly with plenty local amenities. Naples, Pompei, Amalfi coast are all within a 60-90 min drive. We had a great week with our three kids. The only slight downside is that there is only air con in two bedrooms so this might be an issue in high summer

Nice pool

The Big House had room for 8 people in 4 rooms but only aircondition in 2 rooms. Nice bathrooms and the kitchen was functionel. Lots of space for everybody inside and outside.

Spacious house with great views

The owner, Francesca, was very responsive to our need for heating, given the unseasonably cold weather in May. The House is very spacious, but the dining and kitchen facilities would be insufficient if you had 8 people staying. It would also be good if the owner advertised the fact that the master bedroom has a cold waterbed - none of our party of 6 wished to sleep on that! The dishwasher is of a size suitable for a 2 person flat and the kitchen utensils - knives etc - are sparse. This is particularly significant considering there are no restaurants within walking distance- there is a supermarket 500m away but up a very steep street and driveway to the house. Older and less mobile people would find this very challenging. The House is very nicely decorated and has lots of lovely touches, but the lack of facilities nearby and the difficult access resulted in us leaving early. My advice is - be more specific about what the locality is really like
