This home has spacious and comfortable open plan living, with superb indoor/outdoor flow. The floor to ceiling windows bring the fresh air and scenery indoors and allow for easy summer living. Step out onto the covered sundeck with a BBQ on hand for an easy meal outdoors. There is ample room at the rear of the property for the kids to play or chill out on the bean bags outdoors taking in the tranquil setting. For Nature enthusiasts and bird lovers the elusive Banded rail was spotted in the backyard and the endangered Dotterel was spotted 2 mins from the Bach.

When you are not relaxing onsite, take advantage of the two-minute stroll to the beach and spend your days soaking up the sun, sand and surf. Or head into town and explore the local shops and cafes - 10-minute walk. For a taste of the local wine, Mercury Bay Estate is a 4-minute drive from the home. Go on an adventure to one of Coromandel’s surrounding beaches - the famous Cathedral Cove is less than 20 minutes drive.

The property backs onto the Purangi River, which is tidal and comes up on to the lawn at high tide. Children must be supervised at all times.

As the barrier on the back deck is below 1m high, the property might not be suitable for guests with small children.
