The carpets were extremely dirty and honestly quite unpleasant, especially since almost the entire property is carpeted. Also, the air conditioning, which was the only source of heating during a night when the temperature dropped to around 0°C, stopped working on the last of our three nights, and we were very cold. Apart from those issues, everything else was very good, and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful.

Staff were greatnand welcoming - travelling with a little dog (moodle) and paid for him prior to arriving, but had to pay again on arrival. That was an little disappointing, and the room wasnt too comfortable. Had to remove the bedspread, dog wouldn't stop smelling it, and it looked dirty. Didn't feel comfortable in the room amd left early.

I booked this " Pet Friendly" motel and units online because it is advertised as " Pet Friendly" .. upon check in by a woman who wasn't very friendly..she told me " oh you paid too cheap and I don't allow dogs in my rooms, you have to pay me a extra $30 a night".. when I asked her "well if I wanted to stay in that room for that rate where will the dog stay"..she told me outside or in the car.. Well to begin with that's not the definition of a "Pet Friendly" motel... when I told her my Master Card had already made a payment of $121.50..she didn't deduct that amount from the total now of $300 for 2 nights..she still charged me $300 for both nights and told me that I would "have to deal with it with my bank and credit card"...so I just drove over 5 hours to get here and thought that I will just go to the local bank in the morning...ok..now we go inside unit #1 to find the unit filthy..the first thing that you see is what looks like a "sex stain" on the corner of the bed quilt..nice! Ants and spider's in the main room with a cheap unsafe table. Upon check out she had the most unprofessional customer service that you could imagine.. when I told her that this has caused me some stress on this trip she pointed her finger at me and yelled out.."NO YOU caused me stress!!" and walked away , when I told her that I was going to leave a unfavorable about this place she yelled out " I DON'T CARE...GO FOR IT!! We will NEVER STAY Here ever AGAIN!
