“Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. “Friendly staff and good service”

“The stay was very nice, staff friendly and the hotel is very clean. The standard double bed room is not a true double but more like a Queen size bed which was a nice surprise. My only suggestion to make it an even nicer stay would be to put a pillow topper on the mattress. It was extremely firm and woke me up a couple times that night but the next time we go to Maputo we would stay there again. ”

“Its ungortunate that I did book but could not reach the place. I did go to Maputo but looking at the distance from maputo, I decided to book somewhere else, so I can not say much. My money went down to drain.”

“Estadia foi boa só um detalhe: Wi-Fi limitado pra duas pessoas, eu tinha meu celular e laptop e minha mulher outro celular e iPad, eu não podia conectar meu laptop e ela também não podia conectar o iPad, ainda bem que foi só uma diária, imagina se fosse varios dias ”

“The rooms are nice and well appointed. However parking is very difficult and inconvenient. Hot water and internet aren’t consistent. We were traveling with 4 kids and they couldn’t get the television to work. Breakfast was good. Room is a nice size. ”

“The hotel has good rooms above the gym on the 3rd level. These rooms are more expensive. When i booked the hotel room i chosed the cheapest room and when i arrived to the hotel I realised that they had out the good and pricier rooms photos on the cheapest rooms reservation page. Luckily they were very kind amd after talking with them they allowed me to stay in the nice rooma above the gym so make sure you get the room which photos you see on the page and take screenshots and do not accept the……

“The room was clean and l must commend the bathroom is clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My only problem is the food l think they need to review their menu. Room service the food was not good.”
