“The room and hotel was nice but never cooled off till that morning. It was muggy in the rooms. The restaurant food was good, staff needed help. Had to order our drinks twice, no big deal. Until I didn't get my drink until after the food because waitress never came back to check on us. Then brought our food and never saw her again until check.”

“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one……

“Not sure about pets, as I did not have one. Did not use the spa. The room was very clean. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. ”

“We were on the 3rd floor, the humidity was bad in our room and the carpet always felt damp. Putting on shoes in the morning the inside of my sneakers even felt damp. I paid extra to have the breakfast in the morning, the set up is very confusing. They asked us to order of the menu and then gave me a receipt. Didn’t make me feel confident that I wasn’t going to be charged again.”

“This was so bad we did not stay! It was dirty, strong smell of weed and urine in the hall ways. The air conditioning was not working. Overall a really bad experience! The front desk did say they would see I was refunded and was friendly but have yet to see my refund.”
