"Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned"

"This is a fairly basic property which is more like student accommodation than a hotel; but fine for low-maintenance guests who only need a place to crash and store their bags while they are out and about exploring the city. Price is a little high for the above purposes, but CPH is generally more expensive than other major cities in Europe, America or Asia."

"Room cleaning is only provided upon request at the front desk. However, they only give you one bath towel, meaning if you don't ask for a room clean, you're stuck using the exact same towel for multiple nights. On top of that, luggage storage comes with an extra fee. Given the price I paid (though it might be because I booked through a third-party platform), it’s really not worth it"
