My biggest complaint was the wifi dropping in and out (which is huge considering the limited cell coverage area), water had a funny smell (but i think it area related), and if your fat like me, getting over the rail to get out the bed is an issue (but my athletic 13-year-old also complained on that matter). Outside of these 3 issues, i recommend it. ”
