“Advertising states aircon available in the room’. Yes it is available but not able to be used unless you pay extra. When it becomes intolerable there is no one to get the control from. Satellite tv again have to pay extra for the remote. Let’s see if we get the same stock answer as other comments.”

Particularly appreciated the 'real' toasters rather than the usual European conveyor toaster that tends to warm the bread, then burn it on its 2nd round! Unfortunately, as we were leaving my partner tripped, landed on a glass topped table in the lobby & the glass shattered. We were on our way to reception to report it when the owner came in.
