“The unit was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The hair conditioner and body wash bottles were less than half full when I arrived for a 5 night stay. The two fails: I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming. I had to call Expedia from the property. They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to get my own toilet paper. THIS was a huge……
