This was arguably the poorest kept Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The general manager should truly be ashamed. For starters, Jorge and Brandon were phenomenal and don’t deserve to have to be there - they’re the only reason why I didn’t demand my money back. The room we were brought to was NOT the room photographed online. Jorge changed it, no problem. The bathroom still didn’t match, as the one online is nice and modern and we got a crumbing shell of a bathroom that was modern at the turn of the century. The nightstand had GUM stuck to it (housekeeping didn’t see that??) and when I asked her to remove it, she told me no with the worst attitude, no worries Brandon fixed my problem. The cherry on top were the roaches. I’m from a southern state, I know what water bugs look like. These were tiny German roaches. My boyfriend killed no less than 10. The general manager is clearly just stealing the Marriott’s money via her salary, because NOTHING is being managed. I’m disgusted, appalled, will never be back, and will be posting this on every single review website I can think of including my photos.
