“Small place - outdoor area can't be beat! Description says it sleeps 6, but there are only beds for 5. Luckily we brought an air mattress. Will come back if we're in the area again.”

“Very clean and had everything we needed to cook with. Very comfortable. It is small but not so small you feel cramped. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.”

Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas.”

“Hotel was not bad at all, it’s older and could use a remodel but over all okay. The free hot breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly! Would stay again. ”

“Staff was SUPER accomodating but property is dated. No elevator, so needed 1st floor room, no phone in room, TV and lights did'nt work but staff brought a TV right in for me. Door does not open properly and there is no chain lock on door. Not worried about anyone coming in because you have to do a push/shove to open the door and I will definitely hear someone coming in. Room was clean but covers were not straight, which looked lived in. Commode is not stable or it rocks so you pray you don't……
