「House was as expected - spacious and comfortable. The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, coffee cups and silverware; we had everything we needed to be sufficient in our stay. The neighborhood is nice and established. Host was responsive and nice. We were in town for a funeral so we needed a place to recoup and also bring our dogs (who are our babies!) because our typical dog sitter had to attend the funeral as well. Highly recommend this home. 」

「Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...

「The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. 」

「Super disappointed in this rental. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were no linens in any of the bathrooms. They were all shoved in the dryer when we arrived. The house was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The blankets on the beds had not been washed. The house clearly had not had a good cleaning in a while. We had 12 people staying there and we were all on top of each other. Not spacious for big groups. definitely would not stay here again」

「We stopped just for the night halfway to our beach vacation. It was a beautiful area, and we loved the older historic homes. Something important to us was feeling safe near downtown, and we arrived at 12:30am and felt completely safe the entire time. The beds were super comfortable! 」
