Hotel looks tired and some modernising is needed

The rooms where comfortable enough for our short stay but do need some modernising with some new furniture. The walls are heavily marked and in parts there where dents and some mould but well above eye level so it was not that noticeable. For what we paid it was okay but it could be better.

Good family holiday

Family holiday with kids. This was great to get some reprieve from the Grecian summer heat. The access to aqualand was great. The buffet meals were well catered with a good variety..the snack and drinks bar was also great. The duplex itselt was very basic. Such as kettle provided with no cups or tea/ coffee. It does have a bar fridge to keep drinks cold. Staff onsite were friendly and accommodating.

Super hotel, chambre trop vieille

Chambre vieillotte et très mauvaise isolation sonore. Les femmes de ménage font du bruit le matin et les touristes le soir. Notre chambre était proche de la route, nous avions le droit tous les jours au bruit des motos et voitures. Très peu pour le repos. Toutes les boissons ne sont pas incluses, le vrai coca cola par exemple. Quasi tous les sodas et jus ont une saveur d'aspartame. Personnel cependant très accueillant. Le personnel d'animation polyglotte est tip top, les enfants ont adoré.

Helt underbart

Vi hade en underbar lång weekend där, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Restaurangen var snabba på att fylla på buffén när det tog slut, samt att all mat smakade väldigt bra, fräscha grönsaker och flera olika tillbehör samt efterrätter. Poolområdet samt snacksbar och poolbar var välskötta, samt gott om solstolar och parasoll för de som ville använda det. Våra 5-åring älskade Aqualand Resort och vattenpark, allt var inom behagligt gångavstånd för en 5-åring samt väldigt gjäkpsamma badvakter/personal inne på vattenlandet.

It’s located in the middle of nowhere and no pathway for walking around the area. You have nothing to do on the evenings. Sometimes it’s a show, but the kids show is the first and it started on littleblate at half eight for my kid. The rooms are need a lot of renovations and refurbishment. The water is always come back from the floor in the bathroom as it was blocked especially when u use a shampoo. The ants are always coming from everywhere and we need to keep everything in the fridge. The grass is full of wasps and should be eat or drink carefully. The food in the restaurant is great for lunch and dinner, for the breakfast is very limited. One of the chef who made the pancakes are throwing them away straight from the oven and not taking them to the plate and walking out, just throwing…all of the pancakes were disgusting as they landed like every angle. In the pool bar you have only four cocktails and the good ones are payable doesn’t matter if you paid for all inclusive. The Slushie is 3 euro and the frappe 2,50. Fun. The pool buffet is very limited and everything is made from so cheap materials. The lady in the pool act like a princess and if u ask her too much like 4 hotdogs she just leaves you alone after than she served two hotdogs. This girl is always take away the ice cream spoon from the kids hands when she made an ice cream for herself or the crew. The entertainment crew is nice and great. The pools are great. The ginger Persian cat is so beautiful in the area.

- 2 von 4 Bars geschlossen. - Wave Taverne geschlossen. - Mini Club geschlossen und selbst wenn er offen gewesen wäre, nur von 10:30-12:30 und von 15:00-17:00. - Über die o. g. Ärgernisse hätte der Veranstalter und Expedia informieren müssen. - Die All inklusive Getränke sind billig. Kein Saft, nur Sirupgetränke. Limo okay, Bier auch. Auch bei Wein und Wasser kann man bichts falsch machen. Die Cocktails sind keine Cocktails mit Saft sindern bunte Sirupgetränke mit einem Schnaps drin. Nicht mein Fall. - Das Essen war gut bis durchschnittlich, kein Vergleich zu einer Taverne aber man hat immer etwas gefunden. Es ist halt für die überwiegend britischen Gäste ausgerichtet. Das heißt viel fast food, wenig traditionelle Küche. - Am letzten Tag war der Kinderpool gesperrt und auch am Abreisetag habe ich uhn nicht geöffnet gesehen. Grund waren die Wasserqualität, zu viele E-Coli-Bakterien. Ich frage mich, wenn die Filteranlage normal funktionieren würde, wie es dann sein kann. Vir Saisonbeginn sollte die Technik doch gewartet sein.

Good water park, not so good hotel

The resort is located next to, and includes access to, the water park. We stayed there for one night only and had a lot of fun in the park, but also felt that 1 day in the park was enough. The hotel itself was a disappointment. It's an all inclusive resort, with food buffets and drinks included. Unfortunately everything is of very low quality. Warm beer, overcooked vegetables, dry meat, all in a noisy environment. The bedroom was ok size since we were only staying for one night, but the combo bed was terrible and wasn't even flat. In addition the hotel messed up which room they gave us, so another family got keys to the same room. If you want to visit the water park, I would recommend finding another hotel in Corfu, visit the park during day, and find a nice cosy restaurant in the evening.
